Operating Process of the Vacuum Packaging Machine

The vacuum chamber is closed, the vacuum pump starts, the vacuum chamber begins to evacuate, the packaging bag is evacuated at the same time, the vacuum gauge indicator rises, and the preset vacuum level is reached (controlled by the ISJ time relay). The vacuum pump stops running and the vacuum is maintained. While the vacuum is operating, the IDT three-way, two-position solenoid valve functions, the heat-sealing air chamber is evacuated, and the heat-sealing press frame remains in place.
Heat seal
The IDT is cut off, and the outside atmosphere enters the heat-sealing air chamber through its upper air inlet.
Using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat-sealing air chamber, the heat-sealing air chamber is raised to move the upper heat-pressing frame down and press the bag opening; at the same time, the sealing mechanism engages and begins sealing.
At the same time, the 2SJ time relay operates, and it engages after a few seconds, and the thermal seal ends.
Return air
The 2DT two-way, two-position solenoid valve opens, atmospheric air enters the vacuum chamber, the vacuum gauge returns to zero, the heat-pressing frame is reset by the reset spring, and the vacuum chamber is opened.
Cycle
Transfer the vacuum chamber above to the other vacuum chamber, then proceed to the next work process. The left and right chambers operate alternately in a cyclical manner.
