    Field experience: three recurring lessons<\/h2>\n

    Lesson 1 \u2014 density varies between batches.<\/strong> The powder ground in the morning has a different density than that ground in the afternoon. A machine without periodic weight checks produces bags with incorrect weights after two hours. Cheap solution: weigh one bag every 30 minutes and adjust; full solution: a model with automatic leak detection.<\/p>\n

    Lesson 2 \u2014 site moisture eating away at the film.<\/strong> At non-air-conditioned sites in Malaysia, film absorbs moisture and the seal isn't strong in the afternoon. Store the film in a dry room, let it acclimate to the site temperature before use, and adjust the seal temperature to the actual film\u2014not the factory setting.<\/p>\n

    Lesson 3 \u2014 An auger is not a versatile tool.<\/strong> Dust containing high sugar or oily spices clings to the screw and the heavy product begins to misdirect. Inform the supplier of the product composition from the outset; scraped screws or air-cleaning channels solve this problem at a moderate cost.<\/p>\n
